Return to Sport
The one thing you don't want to hear is, "quit your sport". We understand this. Instead of requesting you quit all activities, we like to problem-solve the activities that are possible depending on your injury, stage of healing and sport.
After an injury, there are more things to consider than the actual area of injury. Physical therapists should not only consider where you are in the healing process, but also your risk of re-injury. You not only need to have timing, coordination, strength, power and speed to participate in sports, you also need confidence.
