As some of you know, I had the opportunity to be a speaker at a professional meeting in February 2009.  For those of you who have received physical therapy services provided by me, you know it seems as though you complete TONS of forms during the provision of physical therapy services.  (I know very well that no one in the area uses all those forms.)  Kudos to all of you for not complaining and completing them so I can use that information to better understand your situation AND learn how I can improve the care I provide.  I know, from speaking to other therapists, I am very lucky to live and work in this community.  You make it pleasurable, fun, memorable and meaningful.  I am learning that not all communities are like ours.

This is a long page, so you'll have to scroll down to see all the presentations!

This first Slideshare was the introduction for the session.  It should make you pause and think about how you choose your physical therapist.

Below, you will find Part 1 of the presentation.  Part 1 details the process involved in learning the level of quality of care provided to patients.

Below, you will find Part 2 of the presentation.  Part 2 focuses on the practical application of what can be done with what is learned.
