Selena Horner, PT, MS, GCS, ATC
My career has been like the local river, always changing. Initially, I began my career as a Certified Athletic Trainer, but an elderly woman taught me the importance of her need to be able to perform simple daily activities. She influenced me to become a physical therapist. I graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1994. In May of 2003, I became one of 11 Board Certified Clinical Specialists in Geriatrics in Michigan. The next nearest Geriatric Clinical Specialist physical therapist is 60-90 miles from Williamston! For those of you 65 years of age or older, I am pleased to have the qualifications to meet your specific needs. By encompassing both Geriatric Clinical Specialist and Athletic Trainer certifications, I possess unique qualifications as a physical therapist. Being a Williamston alumnus, I am not new to Williamston. Professionally, I practiced at Williamston Sparrow Physical Therapy for 6 years. I can't put into words what it means or how it feels to work with people in this community. The local physicians and their staff are excellent in their response time whenever I have communicated with them. You, the people in the community, really make it enjoyable to serve your needs. When you choose a physical therapist, I hope you consider the qualifications I possess to see if your needs can be effectively met.
Feel free to contact me, I care enough to help you compare! Selena@redcedarphysicaltherapy.com |
