It is a pleasure to assist Dr. Bollman and Dr. Nelson with sport physicals.  It's even more fun to meet the Williamston athletes.

In my opinion, it is far better to prevent injury than to experience injury.  Having pain, missing games, and rehabilitating aren't fun.  During the sport physicals, I have the athletes perform a few movement patterns and observe how they move.  Since my time is limited, by no means will I be 100% accurate in predicting injury.  If any of you have questions about these resources, you are more than welcome to contact me, your family physician or the certified athletic trainer at the high school.
